When you order from Goggleyed you are accepting the following terms and conditions and are bound by them. This contract will be governed by English Law.

Your Goggles

Goggleyed swimming goggles are to be used as a swimming aid and are not a substitute for prescription glasses.

Placing Your Order

All orders received by Goggleyed require payment through PayPal, including credit/debit cards. Please view their terms and conditions of use along with their privacy policy for further details. Goggleyed will never have access to your personal banking information.

Once an order has been placed and payment received, Goggleyed will despatch your order within 4 working days, save the following conditions:

1. We are unable to process payment for the order.

2. The items requested are out of stock.

Goggleyed have made every effort to make sure that all product information and pricing is correct at time of purchase.

All customers must be aware that a delivery charge may be levied. In this case the full amount will be displayed before completion of purchase.

Returns Policy

Once your goggles have been received you may return them to us in an unused condition within 14 days. A returns address can be requested by emailing enquiries@goggleyed.co.uk.

Your goggles may be returned and a full refund given if:

1. The wrong items have been despatched.

2. The goggles are faulty.

3. You do not like the goggles (in this case postage will not be refunded).

Our returns policy will not affect your consumer rights.

Liability Limitation

Goggleyed will not take any responsibility for the damage of our product through misuse or misadventure.
