What information do I require to order the correct strength goggles?

Your prescription issued by your optician.

How long will it take for my goggles to be despatched and when will I receive them?

On the same day the order is placed if received by 1.00 p.m. or the following day if received after this time. The delivery period is up to 3 days but can be quicker if the goggles are required urgently.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with my goggles?

We are happy to refund or exchange your purchases providing that they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

Will my goggles be made to my exact prescription?

The power of the lens you require is calculated by combining a proportion of the CYL value (measure of astigmatism) and the full SPH value. If the figure is then between two available powers the lower one is normally selected in order to avoid eye strain.

There are some companies who make goggles to your exact prescription but they are far more expensive.

Unlike many suppliers we provide different prescriptions for each eye.

Goggles using the calculations above are more than suitable for occasional use such as swimming and we have had many satisfied and returning customers over the last 9 years.

How do I care for my goggles?

* Keep lenses free from dirt and grease.
* Store goggles in the bag provided to prevent scratching of the lenses.
* Avoid wiping the inside of the lenses with your finger or cloth as doing so may give rise to smears or scratches appearing on the anti-fog coating. This advice is applicable to all goggles provided with an anti-fog coating on the lenses.
* Do not leave goggles in the direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.

How do I prevent my goggles from fogging up?

The anti-fog coating deteriorates with time and eventually becomes ineffective. Measures will then need to be taken to prevent the lenses from fogging up. The following links are helpful:
