I’ve just returned from a Caribbean cruise and used the goggles several times for some fun swims and snorkeling. Just to say they were absolutely perfect for my needs, I could see well without eye strain, and managed to see loads of aquatic life! I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the goggles, they were amazing. Admittedly for the price I hadn’t expected much, but they were so comfortable, didn’t leak at all, didn’t get foggy or misty, fitted perfectly, and were just simply a joy to use – and I could see! I had contacted Goggleyed on 15th Feb 2022 as I had managed to lose a seal from my prescription swimming goggles which I had purchased a few years ago.Lucy contacted me within the hour to let me know that on the website there is a section which enables you to order replacement parts. She also let me know that she would send a replacement pair free of charge! I received the seals today (17th Feb) and fitted them easily. I am delighted as I have had more expensive goggles from other companies which didn’t fit as well as the Goggleyed ones and the images through the lenses weren’t as clear as I have high prescription. I purchased a pair of prescription goggles last September from Goggleyed and was more than pleased with them. So when I lost a clear/white eye seal in the pool recently (yep I’m that blind I couldn’t find it) I emailed to ask about replacing the seals, strap and nose bridge for the black version. I got a response within minutes and Lucy couldn’t have been more helpful to transform my goggles into the black version. I thought it was really nice how you sent the email explaining how the lenses were assembled. Usually when you buy something like this online it’s a bit of a gamble, your email gave it a personal touch. Super impressed by the service I received.
I had purchased a pair of goggles for my son two years ago as he has quite a strong prescription. They made a huge difference to his confidence while learning to swim and he uses them each time we go to the pool. Two years on we find ourselves in France visiting family (finally) and I realise I have left his goggles (and prescription) in the UK.
I take a chance and decide to go back on the correspondence from 2019 asking if I can order some new goggles with his original prescription and if it is possible to get a delivery to France (not super hopeful).
To my surprise I received a response 10 minutes later confirming it is no problem at all and simply to make payment and provide the address and they’d be posted that day. Following this I decided to add to the order and get some goggles for my daughter who has a big difference in sight in each eye. As I didn’t have her prescription with me I was unsure regarding the lens in her good eye (0 strength lens vs +1), to which the response was that I would be sent both, the additional lens free of charge. I received both goggles a few days later in time for our first trip to the pool.
So in summary, the communication and lengths gone to be flexible and accommodating really impressed me. In terms of the product itself, it is great quality, (we’re still using the ones purchased in 2019), does what it’s supposed to do (my son can see well while swimming) and is aesthetically pleasing. This company has a great product and fully understands the meaning of excellent customer service. I cannot recommend Goggleyed highly enough.

Today we attended our swimming lessons after a disastrous week last Saturday on returning from Lockdown. She couldn’t see in the water, struggled to breathe and ended up having a small panic attack. I bought your goggles after a recommendation by the swim teacher and a bit of research and I’m so glad I did.
My daughter came out of her lesson happy and telling me how amazing it was to be able to see! You have made such a difference, I can’t believe I never thought of lense goggles before! Not only that but your customer service has been second to none and I am extremely grateful.

I went out for the first time yesterday with my new GoggleEyed goggles. In short: spectacular! Other than swimming in the river with glasses (not ideal), this is the first time I’ve been able to see and swim – and who wouldn’t want to do that when swimming in a river.

So thank you so much for producing really good value, high quality goggles – and the right prescription for each eye, which you tend only to get in way more expensive goggles.

Just wanted to say that my goggles are amazing and it makes such a difference to be able to see clearly when swimming especially as I have recently started sea swimming. Just thought I’d write back and let you know how utterly thrilled and amazed I am with your product. The goggles I ordered are the only pair I have ever owned. Until now I would swim with glasses on, which has somewhat limited my experience whilst encouraging my daughters to swim underwater. I have now tried the 2.0 dioptre in Horsham multi-pool swimming pools. I just have to say that these are the best goggles that I have ever had. No leaks over 1.5 hours (yes no leaks at all), clear enough view considering the price and both eye goggle lenses set the same, comfortable feel and

I never leave reviews but felt I had to as the customer service I received was simply the best I’ve known in years and the goggles are perfect! They are for my 7 year old son who is under an eye consultant, and after placing the order around 8pm one evening I received a personal response within the hour to clarify a couple of things regarding the prescription. The comfy goggles were with us 2 days later with extra nose pieces and though I ordered 2 pairs for wear and tear, the first is going strong 6 months later! I had worried that the reviews were too good to be genuine, but can reassure anyone else that this is simply a brilliant company. The goggles have transformed my son’s swimming experience and on his first day wearing then in a Lake in Cumbria this summer, he instantly shouted out ‘I can see fish!’. So having struggled at swimming last week, I decided to invest in some prescription goggles. I can not recommend Goggleyed highly enough. All they ask if for your prescription and they do the rest. Hi Lucy, I just thought I‘d take time to reply as I received the swimming goggles this morning and all I can say is they are fantastic! I am so pleased with them as not only did they fit without needing to make adjustments but I could see perfectly! I was very surprised on how good they were compared to my glasses. I didn‘t even need to adjust the various nose width pieces. Also, thanks for the ear plugs. I already have some but will come in handy. I purchased these goggles for my sons wedding overseas and as I‘m short sighted I was fed up of swimming in a blur! First of all, I‘d like to say that purchasing goggles from you for my daughter has literally opened her eyes. She couldn‘t believe it the first time she used them – “Mummy, I can see everything”. It has helped immensely with her swimming lessons. Before she had the prescription goggles she used to muck around a lot in her swimming classes. In retrospect I realise that this was probably due to the noise in the swimming pool – the fact that she couldn‘t see the swimming teacher properly, nor hear her due to the noise interference, meant that she hardly ever caught what the class were being asked to do. Goggleyed goggles have changed my swimming dramatically allowing me to read my watch and the swim sessions on the board, where previously I‘d had to rely on friends. The only downside is that I can see how grubby our local pool is! They‘ve also helped my triathlon as keeping my goggles on in transition means I can find my bike quickly. This is my second order for goggles for my Granddaughter, I didn’t mention on my first order that she is 10 years old and rubbish at looking after things. She lost one pair and nearly lost the other so this won’t be the last pair I order for her. On a plus note the goggles are fantastic and she is really happy with them and very confident in the water with them especially diving in. She did really well at the Yorkshire Championships recently and there is a big buzz around her Leeds Swimming Club as one of the girls (Georgia Coates) has just been picked for the GB Team for the Rio Olympics, she is the youngest GB team member at 17 year old.
