Why is customer service so important to us?
We are a small business who value all our customers as individuals and many return time and time again. Each order has specific requirements and we try to understand the requirements of every individual, every customer is different.
When you place your order with us you will receive a personal reply by email explaining how we calculate the lens powers and when the order will be despatched. We welcome enquiries and usually try to get back to you on the day the order is placed or if not the next day.
Our main aim is to provide a reliable personal friendly service which you can see by taking a look at our testimonials page.
We encourage and welcome feedback as we are always pleased to know how our customers are getting on with their goggles and how they are doing in their various competitions or swimming lessons. We recently received the following email from a customer;
